    System Tutorial

    Aeroponics is a method of growing plants that does not require a growing medium. Instead, plants are suspended in the air. Although it is a slightly less well-known technique, there are a number of advantages to grow a lettuce using an aeroponic setup. This guide will give you everything you need on how to operate the system.

    Step 1

    Before setting up or turning on the system, make sure to inspect all the wirings are properly attached. Check all pipes, reservoir and water pump if there is possible leakage.

    Step 2

    Plug in the outlet and turn on the power supply in order to run the system. Once it is already turned on, it will automatically connected to the internet (Standard of 2mbps of internet speed).

    Step 3

    You will now go to the QCUrban-Tech website to login your credentials and if you still not have an account you may register using your gmail account. After you registered, you will received a notification once your account is verify.

    Step 4

    After you access the website, you can now test all the sensors if it is functioning properly. Checking the sensors are very important since the system was relying on it.

    Step 5

    Now, you can start filling up the reservoir by setting up the mixture of the nutrient. Also it includes the exact requirement for every sensor to be able to get the right measurement of the water. It will automatically mix and fill the reservoir once you have done on the set up.

    Step 6

    System will start it schedule of misting/spraying of nutrients to the plant for every 5 minutes (standard time for misting) or will depend on how longer you have set your time for the misting. Also you can set an advance scheduled for every week since the plants are growing and changing the nutrients it needs.

    Step 7

    You are all set and system will be entirely responsible to take care of the plants.
